Nixu and Panorama Partners join forces in securing consumer e-services

The new Nixu emerging from the arrangement strengthens its position as the largest information security expert in the Nordic countries.
Nixu Ltd, a specialist in the field of cyber security, buys the entire stock of Panorama Partners Oy, a company specializing in user management and digital identities. The deal is expected to be finalized in October 2014. The merger will enhance Nixu’s competencies in digital business in accordance with its strategy.

On June 3, 2014, Nixu announced it is examining the possibility of being listed in the First North Finland marketplace of the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki stock exchange. The possible listing and IPO would enable the implementation of the company’s growth strategy, accelerate growth and increase awareness for Nixu. Nixu’s view is that the information security business will experience rapid development in the next few years, and staying in the forefront of that development requires consolidation of the business. Nixu aims to be an active participant in this development.
