Nixu completes acquisition of Ezenta A/S and raises revenue forecast for 2019

Cybersecurity company Nixu announced today that it has successfully completed the acquisition of the Danish cybersecurity company Ezenta A/S (Ezenta), which was disclosed on March 28, 2019. Ezenta will be reported as part of the Nixu Group as of April 1, 2019.

Due to the strong organic growth in the beginning of the year 2019 and in connection with the completed company and business acquisitions, Nixu reassesses its financial guidance. Revenue growth is now estimated to be based on about 50% of organic and 50% of inorganic growth in 2019.

New Guidance for 2019:
Nixu continues to emphasize the importance of growth and continues to invest heavily in growth projects. Supported by strong organic growth and the completed acquisitions, Nixu estimates its revenue to grow over 40% from the previous financial year. The full year EBITDA is estimated to improve significantly from the previous financial year.
