Change in the Nixu Board of Directors

European cybersecurity company Nixu announced earlier today changes to its Board of Directors with a stock exchange release. Teemu Tunkelo, member of the Board since 2018 and member of the Audit Committee, has resigned from the Nixu Corporation’s Board of Directors on March 24, 2020, as he has been appointed CEO of SSH Communications Security Corporation, that operates in the cybersecurity sector.

“We want to thank Teemu for his contribution in the Nixu Board. At the same time, we wish him the best of success in his new duties”, says Kimmo Rasila, Chair of Nixu's Board of Directors.

As a result of this change, Nixu Board of Directors will have six members.
