Recruiter for the Swedish market
Your role will be to enable our strategic target of becoming the most relevant cybersecurity partner for clients headquartered in Northern Europe. You will work closely with our business in understanding the needs, identifying and qualifying the best talents in the market. Candidates will range from hard core techies to information security professionals and privacy lawyers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. In addition, you will participate in our employer branding and find ways to foster the next generation of the industry specialists by collaborating with universities, participation in events and actively promoting via social media.
What are we looking for?
You have previous experience of recruitment within IT, security or service oriented organisations. You are familiar with modern talent acquisition methods, and with social media recruiting.
The role is very independent and you will most probably have a few years of experience in a similar position. You are confident and mature to work under pressure, and diplomatic to navigate between several stakeholders and their expectations. The role requires persistence, creativity and strong communication skills. Constantly reviewing and improving your methods is typical for you. Fast changing environment and several simultaneous projects are the nature of the work.
You have experience from personnel management and/or recruitment. You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English. The job will be located in both our Swedish offices in Uppsala and Stockholm.
