Nixu's goal is to ensure that all the parties active on the market will, simultaneously and without delay, have access to sufficient and correct information in order to determine the Company’s share price.

Nixu publishes annually a half-year financial report and financial statements and provides revenue information of the first and the third quarter, an annual report and stock exchange and press releases.

In the organization of its administration, Nixu adheres to Finnish legislation such as the Limited Liability Companies Act and the Securities Markets Act, as well as the company’s Articles of Association. In the preparation of its annual financial statements and half-yearly reports, Nixu follows the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Nixu shares are listed on the Nasdaq Helsinki stock exchange. Nixu has one share series. Each share entitles to equal voting and dividend rights. The shares have no voting restrictions or cutters. Nixu’s shares were entered into the Book-Entry Securities System maintained by the Euroclear Finland on January 26, 2000. The shareholder register of Nixu is managed by Euroclear Finland Oy at Urho Kekkosen katu 5 C, 8th floor, Helsinki.

The planned date for the Annual General Meeting is Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 4:00 PM EET. The company’s Board of Directors will send out an official call for the Annual General Meeting at a later stage.
