Timo Kotilainen
Chief Executive Officer

Timo was appointed CEO of Nixu in January 2006. Before assuming his new role, he had a three-year tenure on the Nixu Board of Directors. Timo has a 20-year career in Information and Communication Technology industry where he has held several sales and general management positions at reputed Blue Chips such as Nokia and Hewlett-Packard. In 2003, he resigned from his position as Vice President, EMEA Sales of Nokia Networks and accepted several board memberships at a variety of ICT companies.

Jonna Särs
Vice President
Head of Information Security Business Unit

Jonna has been heading Nixu’s Information Security business unit since late 2000. Before assuming her current position, she divided her time in the mid and late 90s between the academia and different information security consultancy positions at Nixu.

Heikki Roikonen
Vice President
Head of Software Development Business Unit

Heikki has been heading Nixu's Software Development business unit since March 2007. In addition, he is responsible for Nixu's strategic accounts. Prior to assuming his current position he held different business and sales management roles at Nixu after joining the company in 2001. Heikki has more than 20 years of industry experience in various product development and operations management positions at industry leaders, such as Nokia Internet Communications, Fujitsu Siemens Computers and Nokia Data.

Juha Holkkola
Managing Director
Head of Nixu Software Oy

Juha was appointed Managing Director of Nixu Software Oy Ltd, an affiliate of Nixu, in April 2006. He joined Nixu in early 2000 and has since held various business and sales management positions. Before Nixu, Juha worked for Nokia Networks and financial services company Sampo Group in various marketing and treasury positions.

Rodney Byfield
Middle East Manager

Rodney was employed by Nixu in 2006 to run the project management for their primary Customer in the Middle East, The King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology Saudi Arabia (KACST). He was appointed Manager for the Middle East in early 2007 and therefore responsible for the Middle East Business. Rodney has 13 years of experience within IT and communication projects, across Australia, Papua New Guinea, The South Pacific and since 2006 the Middle East. His work experience includes several years of operational management in ISPs within Australia and Papua New Guinea.

Petri Kairinen
Head of Sales, Information Security

Petri has been responsible for Nixu’s Information Security sales since November 2006. Before assuming his role at Nixu, Petri worked for a variety of listed ICT companies such as Elcoteq, AffectoGenimap and Hewlett-Packard in different sales and marketing positions.
