Timo Kotilainen CEO Timo was appointed CEO of Nixu in January 2006. Before assuming his current role, he had a three-year tenure on the Nixu Board of Directors. Timo, who is on the Board of several ICT companies, worked 11 years in the Nokia Siemens Networks sales and marketing organisation. He has also held sales positions in Hewlett-Packard and studied software development in several software companies. |

Heikki Roikonen CFO Heikki was appointed as Nixu’s CFO in January 2010. Prior to assuming his current position he was the head of Develop business unit, and held different business and sales management roles at Nixu after joining the company in 2001. Heikki has more than 25 years of experience in R&D and management positions in leading companies, such as Nokia Internet Communications, Fujitsu Siemens Computers and Nokia Data. |

Jari Närhi Head of Advise Business Unit Jari joined Nixu in the fall of 2010, assuming responsibility for Advise Business Unit. Previously Jari has worked in management consulting with Capgemini, Cisco Systems, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as in leadership roles in health care and technology sectors. |

Lauri Vuornos Head of Develop Business Unit Lauri runs the Develop business unit providing software development services and consultation for secure software development. Before joining Nixu in the spring of 2010 Lauri has held executive positions in software engineering in international startup companies. |
Kim Westerlund Head of Build Business Unit Kim heads Nixu’s Build business unit, which focuses on architecture planning and implementation of information security solutions. Previously he has also been in charge of Nixu’s IAM business line. Before joining Nixu, Kim has held information security positions at Hewlett-Packard and Finland’s Post. |

Petteri Arola Head of Inspect Business Unit Petteri has been the head of Nixu’s Inspect business unit since September 2008. Before joining Nixu, Petteri worked in ICT service business management and development at Ixonos Oyj and Fujitsu Services Oy. |

Petri Kairinen Head of Marketing & Sales Petri has been the head of Nixu’s marketing and sales since November 2006. Before joining Nixu, Petri worked for listed ICT companies such as Elcoteq, Affecto and Hewlett-Packard in different sales and marketing positions. |

Päivi Peisanen Head of HR Päivi joined Nixu in September 2000. She is currently in charge of HR. Before joining Nixu, Päivi worked for an accounting company and in general administration at QPR Software. |

Juha Holkkola Managing director Nixu Software Oy Juha was appointed Managing Director of Nixu Software Oy Ltd, an affiliate of Nixu, in April 2006. He joined Nixu in early 2000 and has since held various business and sales management positions. Before Nixu, Juha worked for Nokia Networks and financial services company Sampo Group in various marketing and treasury |
