Nixu follows good Corporate Governance principles stating the members of the Board to be highly professional and independent. They are elected each year by Nixu General Annual Meeting.
Mr. Kimmo Rasila

- Professional experience: IBM, Execnet Oy managing director 2003–
Kimmo has had a long career in IBM from 1980 to 2003 both in Finland and abroad. He was a member of the IBM Finland Management Team from 1994 to 2003. Kimmo is currently a private entrepreneur and a Board member in several ICT-companies.
Mr. Pentti Huusko

Pentti’s career has stretched from Kunnallistieto, Finnoil, Ikitieto and Tietojyvä Oy to Tieto Oyj. During his 20-year career, Pentti has headed numerous Tieto business units and was a member of the company’s board. He retired in 2009. Pentti is a highly capable IT strategist and has an excellent understanding of service business.
Mr. Marko Kauppi

After starting his career in academia, Marko transferred to work for the machine industry at ABB. The next move was towards the financial industry. He has experience from altogether 12 years in banking and finance in for example customer facing roles as well as managing director. The last years Marko has been an entrepreneus working in Tenendum Oy and acts currently in the Board of Directors for many companies.
Mr. Juhani Kaskeala
- Admiral, born 1946
- Board member since 2012
- Professional experience: Commander-in-Chief of the Finnish Defence Forces 2001-2009. Member of the board of Kone Oyj and Oy Forcit Ab.
After a long career in Finnish defense forces, retiring from the position of Chief of Defence, Juhani has now established career with his own Admiral Consulting company holding positions in several boards of directors in addition to Nixu’s board. Juhani brings into Nixu board his vast experience and network of government knowledge. He also underlines the rising importance of cyberdefense.
