Kimmo Rasila

Chairman of the Board
Kimmo has had a long career in IBM from 1980 to 2003 both in Finland and abroad. He has been responsible for several product units and all the customer units. Responsibilities have also included partner- and business communication activities. He was a member of the IBM Finland Management Team during 1994-2003. Currently he is an entrepreneur and a Board Member for several companies. His personal goal is to improve the business opportunities for IT companies through networking. He was selected to be one of the 10 most influential persons in Finnish IT-business in 2004. He was the executive director for Finnish Information Processing Association (Tietotekniikan liitto) 2004-2005.
Kari Suneli
Born 1950, M.Sc.

From 1973 to 1984 Kari worked in the Technical Research Centre of Finland where his responsibilities covered radio technology and system research. From 1984 to 2005 he worked for Nokia Networks, initially in various R&D management tasks. From 1990 onwards, he was in charge of several global product, system and service businesses as well as cross-business functional units. In addition to mobile operator customers, his customer responsibilities have, at various times, included public safety and security officials, public fixed telecom operators, CATV operators, ISPs, oil, gas, electricity and railroad enterprises as well as distributors. He has also been in charge of major change programs and been a member of several internal boards of Nokia outside his own operational responsibility areas.
Jerker Molander
Born 1955, L.L.M., M.A., M.B.A.

Jerker has worked as Vice President in charge of Legal Matters and Project Financing for the Jaakko Pöyry Group during the 1980s. During the period 1990 - 1995 he was CEO of the automotive group Metro-Auto, one of the top three automotive groups in Finland. During 1995 - 1998 Molander ran a family company, Dayton Vaaka, as owner and CEO. From 1998 to 2005, he was CEO of the listed companies Finvest (investment company) and eQ (investment bank). Currently Mr. Molander is partner of Monilaite-Thomeko and a Board Member of several companies.
Rabbe Mattila
Born 1953, M.A.
Member of the Board
Datatieto, a company owned and founded in the late 1970's by Rabbe Mattila, was merged into Nixu in 2000. Since then Rabbe has held various management positions in Nixu, e.g. VP of Professional Services business unit, CEO of Nixu Ltd and Head of Software Development business unit. Now he is an entrepreneur and a board member.
